Shipping Policy

At uplivo.store, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product orders placed on our website. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to this policy.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All physical orders go through a processing phase before they are dispatched. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing
on the next working business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Total time to receive your order = Processing Time + Delivery Time.
2. Shipping Destinations
2.1 Domestic Shipping — India
We ship to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India including metros, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
Some remote or difficult-to-access pin codes may have extended delivery timelines or may not be serviceable. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and arrange a full refund.
2.2 International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability and charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Please note that uplivo.store is not responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email (and SMS if applicable) containing:
• Your Order ID
• Courier partner name
• AWB (Air Waybill) / Tracking Number
• A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time
You can also track your order by visiting the 'Track My Order' section on our website or by contacting our support team with your Order ID.
Please allow 12–24 hours after receiving the tracking number for the courier's system to reflect updated shipment details.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your provided address. If delivery fails on all 3 attempts due to:
• Recipient not available
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal to accept the package
...the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases:
• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
• If you do not respond within 7 days of the failed delivery notification, the order may be cancelled and a partial refund (after deducting shipping costs) will be issued.
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and pin code are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect address information.
6. Digital Products — Delivery
Digital products sold on uplivo.store are not physically shipped. Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered in the following ways:
• A download link sent to your registered email address within minutes of purchase.
• Access provided through your account dashboard on uplivo.store.
If you do not receive your digital product within 1 hour of payment, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us. For further assistance, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for digital products.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
7.1 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Do NOT accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with — ask the courier to mark it as 'damaged at delivery'.
• If already accepted, take clear photos/video of the damaged packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.
• Contact us with your Order ID and the evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7.2 Lost in Transit
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us. We will raise a formal inquiry with the courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and pin codes within India. COD availability is displayed at checkout. Please note:
• COD orders above a certain value (as displayed at checkout) may not be eligible for COD.
• Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior cancellation may result in your account being flagged for future COD orders.
• COD is not available for digital products.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God
• Public holidays or festive season volume surges
• Courier partner operational delays
• Government restrictions or regulatory checks
• Remote or difficult-to-reach delivery locations
uplivo.store is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
